Great welcome, we always shop for toys here, and this morning for the first time I had to bring back a defective/broken/no longer working toy (remote control car). After a very quick test, direct exchange for a new one. “Normal” procedure but this is not always the case everywhere. And above all, with a smile

Great toy store! Fair prices with lots of discounts! I take my daughter there regularly... The only small problem is that the politeness of the sellers would be welcome at checkout...! Having been in business, politeness is essential 😉

Hello, I have come to the store several times. It's truly a children's paradise. I only go to this store for all the gifts I give to the children. The staff is smiling, welcoming, respectful, caring and available, as well as the team leaders who take care of us when there is a problem. Honestly, I have never had any problems with the store or the staff since I have been going there. I recommend a thousand percent 💪🏻
